| Clinical centres can now successfully
reuse Ortho Europe's ECO and Premier components up to three years old.
Components valid for reuse are Knee Units, Feet and Ankles, Clamps and
Adapters and Alignment Devices.
Reuse components are available
in most cases for just 30% of the new components price so Centres can
save money, minimise waste and be environmentally friendly all at the
same time. It will leave more funding left in the budget for use on
other sophisticated components needed for complex cases improving overall
service to the end user.
Components received for the
reuse scheme are assessed to see if suitable for the scheme. If they
are suitable the components are subjected to a detailed inspection and
serviced to the highest standards leaving them as good as new with six
months warranty. Any outstanding original warranties will still apply.
