The Double Cushion Silosheath™ provides twice the thickness of gel at the distal end to give extra protection to the residual limb from abrasion, friction and shearing while offering the same benefit as a Standard Silosheath™. It also offers a higher degree of shock absorption to the residual limb. This style is recommended for residual limbs with more bony prominence.

Silosheath™ is a prosthetic sheath impregnated with Silipos® gel which contains a medical grade mineral oil to provide the following benefits:
